2008

First Production

Narula Nonwoven was founded with an initial production capacity of 1,500 MT/year, marking the beginning of its manufacturing journey.

2010

First Major Expansion

Production capacity doubled to 3,000 MT/year, driven by growing demand and improved operational efficiency.

2012

Strengthening Capabilities

Expanded further to 4,500 MT/year, solidifying Narula’s presence in the nonwoven industry.

2013

Facility Growth

Expanded both warehouse and production facilities to enhance storage and workflow capacity.

2015

Scaling Up

Achieved a total production capacity of 6,500 MT/year, supporting larger client orders and diversified applications.

2016

Certified for Quality

Earned OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Certification, confirming high-quality, safe, and sustainable fabric manufacturing.

2017

Modernization & Cleanroom Setup

Installed a semi-clean room and expanded warehouse infrastructure to ensure higher precision and hygiene in production.

2018

ISO Certification & Printing Unit

Awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification and established an in-house printing unit for customized, high-quality product finishes.

2019

Specialized Treatment Division

Set up a dedicated nonwoven treatment unit for advanced finishes such as anti-static and hydrophilic coatings.

2020

In-House Meltblown Production

Started producing Meltblown fabric in-house during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring a stable supply of essential filter materials. Production capacity also expanded to 12,000 MT/year.

2022–2023

Solar Sustainability

Commissioned a 1 MW Solar Power Project, transitioning toward renewable energy and reduced carbon footprint.

2024

Recycling & Green Operations

Introduced electric forklifts, upgraded scrap management, and developed a recycling process to convert plant waste into reusable granules.

Narula now operates with an annual production capacity exceeding 23,500+ MT, continuously investing in innovation, sustainability, and community welfare.

Advanced Nonwoven Solutions

We operate Spunbond, Meltblown, and SSMMS/SMMS/SMS machines with advanced lamination, coating, slitting, and 4-color printing lines. Our nonwovens offer flame retardant, antibacterial, UV-protected, hydrophobic, hydrophilic, anti-static, and biodegradable options, certified under ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX, RoHS, ISO 13485, and Green Industry standards.
